Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are proudly made in the USA in the great state of Missouri.
Q: I have a coupon code/gift card, how do I use it?
A: During the checkout process you will see an option to enter the code.
Q: I’m a tournament director and want my clubs identifier added to your website as an available option. Is there a charge for this? How do I get it added?
A: There is no charge for this! Email all the details to us at trashpandadecals@gmail.com and we will get it added for you!
Q: I’m a tournament director and want my clubs identifier modified/updated, or need one created - do you charge for this?
A: There is no charge for this! Email all the details to us at trashpandadecals@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of.
Q: Are the aluminum identifiers waterproof?
A: Yes. They also have a UV protective coating.
Q: Will I get to review my identifier design before it ships?
A: For the custom Double Up Series yes, we will email you a proof to review. If your email on the order doesn't work or we do not get a reply we will make and ship your identifier without getting your feedback on the proof. We will make every effort we can to get you a proof, but please ensure your email is valid and accurate.
Q: Are the aluminum identifiers the same size as the printed versions?
A: If the trail or club requires their identifier to be a specific size we press that identifier to the metal at the required size. For example if an identifier is required to be 3.750 in x 2.500 in when printed to scale it will be sized that way. The Backlash aluminum identifier is physically 4.000 in x 3.000 in but the identifier pressed to the metal is 3.750 x 2.500 ensuring that it meets the requirement. Virtually every clubs identifier follows this sizing.
Q: I purchased an aluminum identifier but now my trail or club has released a new one, can I still use the card I bought from you?
A: This is entirely up to your trail or club director. You are always welcome to purchase a new identifier if needed. Please give us a heads up before placing an order so we know the identifier has updated. We will verify that and update our website accordingly.
Q: Can you do bulk orders? Is there a discount?

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Several factors go into this answer. All of our products are custom made so they do take time in order to bring you the quality and results we can be proud of. As a new business we are still learning how much of each material to keep on hand, our customers needs, our volume, the list goes on. Most of our identifier orders take around 5-7 business days to go from order to proof, and typically another 1-3 days before they ship. Orders for 3D printed products are targeted for 1-3 business days but may take 7-10 business days depending on demand or the specific product. Just remember all products are custom made to order and are done so by hand. We do our best to get your order turned around and on the way to you as fast as possible. Typically speaking the wait times will be the longest from January to April as anglers prepare for a new season.
Q: Can you make an identifier for any club, trail, or series?
A: Yes. If you send me an identifier I will make it but it is your responsibility to ensure it will be accepted by your club, trail, or series. We create our aluminum identifiers to the exact spec or the printable version, including size, so there is little to no reason why it would not be accepted but you must confirm with your TD if you want to be certain.
Q: Can I put any logos I want on my identifier?
A: If you submit it, we are going to print it. When you submit an order telling us what logos, symbols, names, clubs, or any other content to put on your product you are telling us that you have permission from the respective owners of said content to use it. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you are placing on your product is within your rights to use. We take no responsibility for what you chose to have us place on your product.
Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
A: All of our products are custom made to order so unfortunately we do not allow returns. Additionally because the products are made to order we do not allow cancellations once work has started. Make sure you review the proofs we provide so that any adjustments can be made to your order prior to it being finalized. That said if you have an issue with the order such as a defect we will work with you.
Q: What kind of vinyl do you use?
A: Unless otherwise stated all vinyl products are made using Oracal 651 Vinyl. You are solely responsible for application of the vinyl. If you do not do proper surface preparation you will not have ideal or lasting results. We suggest using RapidTac which can be found online.
